Choose the Package That Fits Your Needs
For most tour packages there are generally five variables:
Hotel (star ratings are shown)
Number of nights
Select Which Rounds of the Tournament You want to see
Number of tournament tickets
Seating level.
Remember, on many CTT tours, you can upgrade the hotel, add more nights, purchase additional tickets or enhance tournament seating.

Add Any Tour Options That You May Desire
Select from a list on our site or add your own. Our service representatives can give you pricing on upgrades and options.

Think About Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance
We are proud to offer Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance through TRAVELes to cover the cost of your trip in the event of cancellation, delay or medical reasons. A great way to protect your investment.

Read the Terms and Conditions
Take the time to read carefully the Tour Package General Terms and Conditions. This outlines your responsibilities and ours and makes for a better trip when you know what to expect.

Love It? Book it. Live it!
A deposit of $500/person is due to book any of our tour packages. We gladly accept all major credit cards, personal checks, or money orders for payment. Your balance will be due 90 days before the first day of the tournament. If you're booking within 90 days of the first day of the tournament, then the entire amount is due to book. When booking online, the credit card you use for your deposit will automatically be the one we charge for the balance. Watch for the Confirmation
When we receive your filled out online booking form and deposit, we process your reservations immediately. An invoice that confirms your plans and states the balance due will be both mailed and emailed to you.

Make It Official !
Your final payment is due 90 days prior to the first day of the tournament. If you prefer to pay your balance by check rather than your original credit card, please advise a customer service representative who'll make note of this on your account.

Watch for the Courier Truck
Your tour documents will arrive a minimum of one week before the start of your tour. If your plans require otherwise, we will arrange for your documents to be delivered to your hotel. Tennis tickets for certain tour packages are distributed to you at your hotel upon arrival.
