The 2023 WTA Finals is held at the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center in Shenzhen, China.   This is the second time Shenzhen will host the WTA Finals. The tournament is run by the WTA as part of the WTA Tour.  Championship Tennis Tours was the official tour operator for the WTA Finals for 3 years when the event took place in Singapore.
